Excellent bit of kit and would have been 5 but for the bags which are so expensive to buy. I have a dog so they are full in no time. If only they could one like this bagless...

Had it because brush head not turning round after guarantee ran out and it was 8 weeks to get another brush head. It is noisier but otherwise is fine.

Excellent product and good customer service

An excellent cordless vacuum with a pouch to collect the dust, which makes emptying dust free. The wall mount is not designed properly to hold the vacuum.

This is an upgraded version of the original Capsule machine with a slightly more powerful motor. It is though the same weight as the original and it uses the 1.6 litre bags which is plenty for our house....

i am almost entirely satisfied with the Capsule, but have one small quibble. I live in a one-bedroom flat with very small floor hard surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen. The User Guide,p10 under the Brush usage column...
