Shipping Time

Halo aims to ship all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day. Over 90% of orders are delivered the next working day. During busy periods, such as sales, please allow up to seven working days for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Returns / Refunds

Please contact our support team to discuss your options. Halo will arrange any return shipping at our expense.

Refunds are processed within five working days of the goods being returned to us. Please note that your card provider may take an additional 5–10 working days to process the refund.
