Very impressed with the New Capsule X. Although we were impressed with our old Vac there is definitely an improvement with the new machine, easy to control, very comfortable to use and the three suction positions are excellent....

Works well! A little on the heavy side, compared to the previous model. Also advises use of roller on hard floors, but does not include the tool.

Brullant cordless vacuum, the only reason I fid not give it 5 stars was because the boost option unfortunately only lasts 9 minutes before recharge. Everything else I can't fault. Dealing with customer service was excellent and efficient.

Much better than the old capsule, solid and well built, everything clicks together in a very satisfying way. The substantial and removeable battery pack is a good innovation compared to the first generation vac.
